Contact
Programs—When
we assign new employees to a project, we put them in touch with consultants
working at the same location. In addition to helping new employees settle in on
the job, these contacts provide valuable information, such as where to find an
apartment, local travel, appropriate schools, restaurants, entertainment and
more.
Our Field Contact Program focuses on building relationships with employees,
through monthly calls or on-site visits by an HR representative. Regular contact
helps ensure that everything is going smoothly at the project site from the
employees’ perspective. It is also an opportunity to update employees on company
news, successes and developments and to resolve issues before they become
problems.
Performance Assistance—We
